Lemon laws require that if you purchase a vehicle that is defective, you may be able to get restitution of the auto company. If repairs are not made to the vehicle within a reasonable time period or it simply cannot be fixed after several attempts, you may be entitled to the purchase price less a reasonable usage fee or other remedy.
